Why We Exist
EPIC was established for one reason: exhibitors were getting taken advantage of and had no one in their corner. Labor overcharges, missed specs, late installs, invoice padding — it's common, and most exhibitors don't know it's happening until after they've paid.
We embedded ourselves in that world to understand exactly how it works — and to use that knowledge for the client, not against them. We maintain zero financial relationships with builders or venues. No kickbacks. No referral fees. Our loyalty is entirely to the exhibitor.
The Founder
Candan
A seasoned trade show professional with years of experience across major U.S. markets including Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, Anaheim, and New Orleans. Fluent in both English and Turkish, Candan has worked extensively with international companies navigating the U.S. trade show circuit for the first time — bridging the gap between foreign exhibitors and a system that can be opaque, expensive, and unforgiving to those who don't know the rules.
His background is the floor, not the office. He understands how labor crews operate, how charges get padded, and how to push back — professionally and effectively — on behalf of the client.

We are not affiliated with any builder, general contractor, or venue. We have no financial incentive to recommend anyone — only to protect your budget.
